When I first joined the SCP, one of the first things I looked at was the SCP Fronts page. At the time, there were only two of them, one being Soap from Corpses Products (which is probably the worst name for a company I've ever heard.) The other was the Skeptics of Conspiracy and the Paranormal Society. I looked at their wiki, and decided to check out the investigations-
Oh, wait. Page does not exist. That… makes me kind of sad. There are plenty of stories to be written here about skips that the Foundation has to contain knowledge of (SCP-1000 could probably have an entire section devoted to itself). And the best part is? We probably wouldn't have to make most of it up. There are plenty of supernatural hoaxes being put on out here in the real world, or just plain old weird stuff that people look at and exclaim "ALIENS!" or "GHOSTDEMON!" Check out the Montauk Monster (Not related to Montauk-110, thank god) or Nessie, or Bigfoot, as I already pointed out. These things are rather common knowledge, and the SCP would want to suppress knowledge of them… assuming they are real. Which they aren't. …right?
Anyway. This is my attempt to write an article for the SCP Society, based off of The Berwick Beast. I want to know if I should make this a stand-alone article, or maybe turn it into a tale about some poor sap who got assigned to be "head" of the SCP Society, and since nobody else is working in that department, has to write the reports all by his lonesome.
