I'm starting a new job on Monday, so I can't do my big plan of writing up like three or ten drafts and getting feedback on all of them. That doesn't mean I can't get feedback on the one I did finish. I don't have any particular concerns about this one, so it's free for any critique whatsoever.
I like the idea of a snake in a gut basket. Some of the language is a little clumsy though, for instance, the containment procedures state the importance of wearing a facial restraint, but it isn't immediately clear whether it is the personnel or the SCP who have to wear it. Reading the description makes it obvious, but I would simply change the sentence to say "SCP-1xxx is to be provided with a…"
This sounds like a very good idea so far.
Try to come up with an interview that characterizes the SCP well. It may consist of yes/no questions, but body language is a wonderful thing. She may be frightened by some questions, puzzled at others — bonus points if those questions are not something one is usually puzzled by.
