The University, alternate history or whole world of its own.
I've been kind of confused about the GOI known as the University. Sometimes it seems to be in an alternate history in which the roman empire ruled to the present day and technology based on a understanding greater than the federation has of SCP style objects and other times it seems to be a whole new world somewhat like SCP-1322. Which do you think it is?
Also, what's with the cyborg guard-things it has that show up in some Tales set in it?
