Hello, My name is Frankly Ima Person, and how are you?
I stumbled upon this site a while ago due to a buddy shifting through it, but was reminded of it once again via some creepy pasta thread featuring god ol SCP-173
I personally am an avid fan of horror of most of it's forms, and though I prefer the film side of horror more then the literary ventures, I am not one to shy away from reading. I mean if I did, why am I here?
Off the top of my head, I would say that my personal favorite SCPs are: 096 (beautiful concept), 999 (How can't you love a blob monster that has more to do with a dog then anything else), 106 (Something that by all means can not be contained indefinitely? Pure SCP in my humble and useless opinion), 682 (The obligatory answer, I know, but I could not help the toothy grin that came from reading all the tried and failed ways to deal with it) , 079 (Yes it is in the trope of 'Crapshoot AI reminiscent of AM' but there is a damn good reason it has become such a cliche, because it works), 042 (Beautifully symbolic as it was tragically clinic), and several others
I will greatly hesitate writing anything here, I do have two concepts in the making: How would SCP handle a being that is two dimensional (Ie, They capture a human sized stick figure and try to contain it), and something that plays off of my own fear: A sea being (some form of Man-o-War crossed with a Shark came to mind) that is able to mimic human voices that feeds on those lured in (Yes… I am aware that it is based on the greek myth…) among other things
I am very accepting and welcoming of criticism/feedback, and strongly encourage it in everything I do, in that i feel that a lot of what I do is crap until convinced otherwise (Read as: As long as your not happy with what I have made, neither am I)
That is all I have for now… Bye?
