I recently had an idea for an unusual SCP. Basically, it's a radio station and corresponding phone number with a few anomalous properties. First off, it has no broadcasting station to speak of; the Foundation has yet to figure out where its broadcasts are coming from or where the phone calls made to its hotline are going. Second, the station's DJ, a male voice calling himself (insert nickname here) appears capable of knowing details about his listeners/caller's lives without being told, and may include them in his "shout-outs" to listeners or conversations with callers (in addition to his near unlimited repertoire of songs he has available to play on request). The SCP's only danger it carries is the possibility of information leaks ("And now here's a shout out to Dr. █████, our friend from the Foundation! Keeping us safe from who-knows-what since [DATE REDACTED]! Thank you, doctor, and keep up the good work! Here's [SONG NAME REDACTED]" -shout out made when Dr. █████ anonymously placed a request to play [SONG NAME REDACTED]). The entity doesn't appear to have any malevolent intent, he's just doing his job and doesn't appear to realize when information is private or classified. Not sure how containment would go, the Foundation might just have to keep intercepting his broadcasts until he eventually decides to only broadcast to Foundation-authorized sites (maybe he needs to have listeners in order to live? Idk.)
All in all, it's just an odd and random idea I had, but does it have any potential as an SCP?
