Hmm, I don't think this will work as is. It also might be similar to a few other articles but I'm not sure on that one.
1) Try blurring the edges of the black mass on the photo. That should eliminate the "bad photoshop effect" you mentioned while staying true to your vision.
2) The notes are too lighthearted in nature and this "SCP" individual who signs the note has possibly too much knowledge of the experiments and nature of the foundation. I would consider shifting this to a recovered item from the GOC who were using it to dispose of SCP's before the foundation recovered it for their own research.
3) Try focusing on the recovered objects. There are a couple SCP's which have recovered random objects, but if you go with the angle mentioned above, you could have SCP objects appearing from the mass making this SCP a considerable risk.
Overall I would warn this article seems a bit too lighthearted to belong on the wiki. Work on the tone a bit and this could work into a good article.
