Looking at the observation log, it occurs to me that the interesting stuff happens around the incidents that are documented therein. I'm wondering if it may be beneficial to reformat the information you have here around a couple of Incident Reports behind collapsibles; it would break up the log, which reads a little long, and could allow to account for some of the numerous entries detailing camera weirdness into a shorter narrative form.
Like you've mentioned before in some of your own feedback, there's nothing inherently wrong with long SCPs, but they do tend to be scrutinezed more heavily, though I have no problem with them. This one may be approaching that length threshold, and you'll want to get some feedback from people other than myself on that issue.
I would leave off the corrupted file business at the end; it may come across as gimmicky, but again that's kind of a personal issue.
I like the weird things in the basement here, and I like the random stuff like the pig hide that they leave around. I also like the idea that they can affect people outside of the basement, though I would consider making the effects a little more subtle than electrocuting oneself with a nearby light socket (can one even do such a thing with the current in one of those?).
