I downvoted because a) the concept doesn't do a whole lot for me, and b) the test logs. I'm not saying that you're a bad writer at all, because the logs are pretty much in tune with how experimentation worked for a lot of the older SCPs. But standards have evolved since then, in my opinion for the better.
I can't imagine any circumstances in which the Foundation would allow research staff to be experimental subjects for anomalous objects. That's what D-Class are for. It seems like it would be a breathtakingly negligent risk of extremely valuable Foundation assets. The notes also unpleasantly hit a "lolfoundation" note with me.
As an aside, I intensely dislike references to the older "player character" doctor characters, as they really stretch suspension of disbelief and come across frequently as name-dropping. However, that didn't factor into my downvote as that's a strictly personal preference for me.
