I'm new to the foundation, and I have a few ideas I'd like to share with some of veterans. I guess I'll list them in a sequential order, of some sort.
Idea One - Primordial Liquid Being: A small, living mass of an unknown primordial liquid in appearance, with a blue hue in it's inactive state. Basically what it says- A living primordial liquid being. It doesn't take an apparent shape, acting like normal water when dormant or if it feels threatened. It has several states, in which it changes hues: Blue (Inactive), Orange (Active), Green (Hunting), Red (Rage State), and Purple ([DATA EXPUNGED]). In it's Blue state, it secludes itself in a small, circular area, roughly 2 (two) feet in diameter, and it apparently rests. In it's Orange state, it is active. Subject has been noted to be playful, enjoying games such as Fetch and Hide And Seek. In it's Green state, when it has been without food for approximately 12-24 (twelve-twenty four) hours, it will gain a dark green hue, and stalks the closest perceived food item. In it's Red state, it attacks and engulfs anything smaller than itself, usually caused by an exponential amount of fear. In it's Purple state, [DATA EXPUNGED] resulting in X to XX casualties. It is primordial, and has claimed to learn from other creatures, gaining their knowledge. The subject gains the organisms "knowledge" by absorbing the cerebrospinal fluid from the creatures body. Subject is very well sapient, to the point of [REDACTED]. Subject is willing to communicate, but is only able to do so in it's Orange state.
Idea Two - Sadistic Eyeglasses: They slowly do the opposite of glasses; They make the wearers eyes worse. The more they're worn, the worse the subjects vision becomes, making them an exact opposite of normal lenses. The more pronounced anomaly, comes into play after approximately 10-24 hours of use. The wearer starts to experience several hallucinations, most of which involve visions of eyes, a sense of something watching them. After an additional 1-4 hours, the visions become more severe in nature, and also the time where a figure (Dubbed SCP-XXXX-1) emerges from an undisclosed location, and is only seen by the wearer of the glasses. The figure then violently removes the eyes from their sockets, usually killing the wearer instantly. The glasses disappear, and reform in their original case. Wearer is either dead, or in a catatonic state. The glasses have another anomalous property: they give the wearer a personality change. The subject become increasingly sadistic in nature. After 1-2 hours, user starts to express feelings of curiosity in torture and causing pain. After 4-5 hours after initial exposure, subject starts to act out on those feelings, attempting to violently torture small insects and rodents. After a few more hours, the torturing become more severe and morbid, usually attempting to cause pain in humans. These qualities grow more grotesque in nature over time, until the first property comes into play. Testing on organisms other than humans is being debated on, as is testing on blind/vision impaired subjects. Removal of said eyeglasses is impossible, as they bond with skin and flesh on the molecular/cellular level.
