This is aiming to be a -J, right?
No, because it's not funny.
Ok…it just seemed to me like it was poking fun at the sorta contempt Windows and Apple have for each other. I understand now, it's just the idea at first seemed kind of -J to me. As just a normal SCP…I don't know. It flows fairly well, and the idea is clear…who knows. I'm weird.
Doesn't fit with the AWCY? of my headcannon, the effect of the object is inelegant/super on-the-nose (turns you into "sheeple;" compare with, say, the anti-shark or the John Cage recording), and we already have an AWCY? object what painfully transforms you into something else. Use of "primitive" is poor tone and it's yet another "AWCY + thing what screws you up + note = object." There's not much else to say other than that this is a very weak concept overall. Sorry.
Also, I'm a bit curious as to how teeth are "forced from the gums." Or what exactly happens that is supposed to kill you.
I should clarify the recovery… You don't die, they were euthanized because, well, they were sheeple.
Yeah I'm sorry, I don't really like the concept that much. I feel like this would make a good -J, because it has the potential to be pretty funny, but even though 'there is no canon', I still feel that this doesn't fit with the general feel of AWCY. They usually try to make an 'artsy' or some sort of 'meta' point, like antishark not being as dangerous as the panicked beachgoers. Like I feel like they're a sort of deranged 'teachers' trying to make a point about society. This kind of fits with that, but not in a teacher-like way. The note makes it seem like, 'screw you, you're not as free-spirited as us'.
This wouldn't work as a J. Because it isn't funny. What's the joke? Where's the punchline? I might, MIGHT, be able to pull off a Windows vs. Mac -J, but this is not it.
I'll ditch this.
Bone growths will form on the skull, compressing the brain, before piercing the skin.
If they were to compress the brain, they'd have to break the skull first.
