Well, ain't that fuckin' sweet. Out of curiosity, what does
but I can't do anything about the bullet now.
mean? What was the shooter supposed to do about it before?
EDIT: Oh, I hadn't read 1899 before. Gotcha.
Yeah this sort of encapsulates why I dislike the GOC.
I personally feel that SCP-1609 does that better. However, I do think that the GOC is good to have around, because they'll be way more prepared than us in a scenario where we need to actually kill some skips.
Debatable. While the GOC is more gung-ho about destroying anomalies, they don't make much effort into understanding them. Arguably, when dealing with anomalies outside of their specialty (they are very good at killing reality benders), they'd be less prepared than the Foundation.
I like how 1899 is kind of a blank slate, and you fill in all the details in exactly the right way. Good job.
Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you!
I've written a tale upvoted by Djoric, Bright, Echo, Yoric, Moose, VAE and Voct, fite me irl if you don't respect
I like the URL.
Speaking of that, is there anyway to change the URL, considering it no longer fits with the tale?
Guess the fucker can't stop bullets fast enough if you're in his face, but I can't do anything about the bullet now.
I think it fits, and I like it as is.
Also, there are plenty of pages that are titled differently than the URL. Sometimes provokes more thought from the reader, other times it's entertaining.
So now we have the story from the POV of the GOC, the Foundation, and the Target.
Obviously, now we need the tale from the POV of the bullet to complete the circle.
