Hello… everyone. Couldn't sleep, so I figured I'd type up and post more of the ideas that I considered for a potentially valid idea . Many of these ideas may not have much merit in them, but my main interest is what ideas here have been taken by other SCP designs or which core concepts may be worth running with. Harsh critiquing is fine, just make sure you post a reason for each of the ideas that are wrong. Additionally….. nope, I forgot. Thanks for your help so far, guys.
()A human that transforms into any random human from around the world spontaneously, with the physical appearance, memories, and personality intact. The human cannot change back into an original form, but the individual personas that spawn from it treat their existence with a dreamlike detachment; understanding where they are and who is around them without hesitation until they are questioned about the circumstances of their situation, in which they naturally become hostile. Sonograms indicate high frequency brain waves, suggesting that the original personality is sedated by the transformations. The concept is that instead of a person being able to assume any number of forms, the transformations assume control of him.
()A mouse that lacks a stomach, making it messily chew items into individual elements for consumption with incredible speed. Because it does not have a way to contain food it always must consume something, and thus never sleeps or stops chattering. Similar to fantastic SCP-524 and the SCP-913, it differs in that it only chews organic material and can't eat everything, but always eats. Because it seems to not have a purpose rather than cause food shortages, it is most likely already terminated and is only kept in log for documentary purposes. The concept partly comes from THGTG.
()Bulgehead; a man who is constantly under incredible chronic pain from a telepathic connection to all individuals in the area. This collects any type of knowledge that has been discovered by individuals while the subject is in the vicinity; specifically mistakes, which form a large amount of any experimentation. His misshapen cranium isn't from physical force but rather a vast expanse of brain-matter his mind has developed in order to contain it. Unfortunately, due to the large amount of mishaps that can occasionally occur at SCP his stay has rapidly decreased his tolerance to pain and personal sanity. Physically mobile but extremely weak from sudden brain hemorrhages. The concept comes from the idea that an unwilling member of a group may have to "share the mistakes" of his colleagues should the experiment fail.
()an amulet that causes hallucinations or daydreams of what a person wants to do next, but prevents them from doing it; letting reality continue unabated. Therefore, a person could be walking across the street, unwillingly enter a daydream which convinces their mind that they successfully crossed, and have their actual self hit by a car.
()A snake whose venom clots skin much like platelets in a bloodstream, preventing the poison from being sucked out. It has a secondary effect of healing the victim's muscles, bones, and ligaments by accelerating body process, with the main reason behind this to increase the speed of the poison's consumption into the nervous system. This drains useless calories and food in the digestive system of the animal and leaves a completely dead or incapacitated victim fully healed from any struggle it may have encountered previously or in the battle with the snake itself, which is very brash with taking down prey. It is not exactly healing, as it simply causes the body's cells to work overdrive. This venom may also applications of being a lethal stimulant drug: a critically injured animal can be rejuvenated back to full health and stamina temporarily at the cost of abruptly but slowly dying an excruciatingly painful death. Similar to SCP-762 in retrospect.
I need to get out of this rut of ideas only based on biological creatures. I'd prefer not to write a living creature as my first SCP, but I can't find any inspiration for it. Hopefully they'll come next time. Edits might be made to this when I'm more awakasdjffffffffffp
