tretter has some excellent advice in that thread, and there's a link to the module documentation which is incredibly useful, but I'll paraphrase:
You need a parent and several child pages.
The parent page should not have any content of its own, it should only contain the ListPages modules from 2998 (or 3002, or 3939, or whatever)
The child pages contain your actual content, what you want the reader to see.
The ListPages module Lists Pages based on criteria that you specify in its code. Your search criteria should be the parent, set the limit to 1 so you only see one page at a time, and order the pages by date created.
The selector 'parent="." ' means 'search for pages whose parent is this page'.
Because you're ordering the child pages by date created, it's critical that you create the pages in the right order.
When you create a child page, scroll to the bottom, hit Options, Parent, and then set the Parent to your parent page (with the ListPages code in it) by typing its name in the box.
On the sandbox, both parent pages and child pages must be in the collab category - that is, the url must start with "collab:". On the wiki this isn't needed, but child pages ideally should start with "fragment:". I don't know about KaktusKontainer, though.
Let me know if you have questions when you're setting this up, no matter how stupid they seem. I know I had some.
Also ooer is a terrible sub and should not exist
