No procedures are currently available to contain SCP-XXXX
This isn't a very good start. If you can't think of a way to contain it, think at it harder.
All SCP-XXXX sufferers are to be taken in by foundation custody and be subsequently interrogated.
1) "Foundation" is always capitalized.
2) "Interrogated" about what?
SCP-XXXX is a disease that appears in about a small fraction of the world's current population.
There is an estimated 4 in a million chance of a subject developing SCP-XXXX in an 80-year lifespan.
That means that 28,000 currently living people will contract the disease. That seems like a pretty high number for something meant to be so rare.
Also, your spacing is borked. Do yourself a favor and don't write articles in Notepad.
SCP-XXXX causes the afflicted subject to become prone to "Tantibus" events as dubbed by the researchers.
That's a bizarre name for the Foundation to just make up. And why is it in quotes?
A "Tantibus event" happens when the afflicted subject experiences an auditory hallucination akin to that of a shrill scream; This may also come with intense migraines.
Soon after this, the onset of visual hallucinations described as "Nightmarish" and "Dreadful" begin.; This is often accompanied by the red tinting of the subject's vision.
This event usually lasts from 30 seconds to up 20 minutes depending on the severity of the disease.
…I'm not seeing exactly what makes this anomalous or meriting Foundation containment. Lots of people experience waking hallucinations and the Foundation doesn't round all of them up.
