Is it funny?
Furthermore, it specifically says in the site guides that you should edit your posts, rather than doubleposting (much less post the exact same thread twice). Honestly, that's pretty basic netiquette.
It is not. This does not use the SCP format to make any amusing insights or jokes whatsoever.
This is extremely unfunny. Like… what is the joke even supposed to be? A Palin joke? Even with her being irrelevant for quite some time, this still wouldn't be funny, because it's the most terse way you could possibly tell this joke. I award you no points, and may god have mercy on your soul.
Whether you like it or not, history is on our side. We will bury you!
I've written a tale upvoted by Djoric, Bright, Echo, Yoric, Moose, VAE and Voct, fite me irl if you don't respect
You know what makes lots of things funny (especially -Js)? Irony. That is, the joke is either subtle or surprises you in the end in a clever manner. You know what this is? A word-for-word rehash of every joke attributed to politicians slapped into the SCP format with no regard for subtlety or irony. You at least have the brevity part down that most people seem to miss when it comes to -Js, but I have this niggling feeling it's just because you couldn't be bothered to come up with anything original.
Now that I read more closely I see you've made a Sarah Palin joke. I'd be laughing so hard if a) it was 2008 and b) the joke actually was actually comprehensible - The person says "nah" he won't win, then says he's bumping a lead contender, which makes absolutely no sense at all. This - along with the lack of meat on your -J - suggests to me, dear author, that you have no knowledge of the subject matter you're writing on. Having a good knowledge-base and doing some research is kind of important when you're doing, y'know, satire, especially if it's political satire.
So by all means, try again some other time, but keep in mind you're going to have to put in a little more effort next time.
