I was recently accepted and I'ld like to know the collaboration policy? I probably, I assume I missed something but I'm not sure. Additionally, is one allowed to add additional tests to testing logs even if not necessarily labeled collaboration? I've seen quite a few and I would enjoy adding a test or two. Again, if I'm missing a page please post a link or URL.

You'd be best off by PMing the author of the article in question if they'd be okay with you adding stuff. If you're at all unsure about who authored a certain piece, simply go under "History" at the bottom of the page and find the user that made very first revision.

Generally speaking, no. The only "open logs" are the ones that are tagged as collaborative and/or have explicitly given permission to add entries either in the log itself or in the discussion thread.

That said, it's also generally frowned upon for new members to jump straight to adding to logs that are in many cases already bloated from years of additions. I for one would much prefer to see you do full articles rather than bloat those logs any further.
