Just because something is random doesn't mean it's funny. This is random, and not funny.
The tone is off (while many -J's have weird/different tones, they actually have a reason for having them), the writing feels incredibly forced, and it's going for the [Noun] Movie 'comedy' style of "this is a thing, remember how this is a thing? laugh! laugh!".
e: Also, lampshading the fact that you don't have an ending doesn't cause us to ignore the fact that you don't have an ending.
I agree with ProcyonLotor on this. It just doesn't seem to fit the tone type for any written article, and it wasn't funny. In my opinion, Joke SCPs should be written in a (semi)serious manner, though the actually subject may be ridiculous. The interview and test logs may be weird, but the article itself should have some semblance of normalcy. This article was too random and nonsensical.
