This has been quite the journey! As a note, Derps picked 4117 because it's been 117 days since we initially started the collab sandbox for this work.

I remember seeing the first draft in the forums and really liking the idea of a musical table connecting people through music. Basically being like the ultimate wingman, but for friends and not just dates.

As someone who generally prefers to eat alone, but also has a lot of great memories of eating meals with a bunch of friends (usually takeout, lol) I feel like it's important to have people you can just chill with sometimes. Just good to know that there's someone out there who might be thinking of you sometime in their days, when they hear that one song.

Thanks for the nice comment! We were trying to go for an old-school "could do some collab logs" kinda feel here, which readers could relate to in a "I wonder how it would react to me?" kinda way.

Thank for the nice comment and the upvote! :) It was Derps's idea to have the table be capable of bringing people together through music, and that was a big part of what made me excited to co-author this.

Haha, I like the sound of "Zibes" (or "Zybes"?), but it doesn't really immediately sound like both of the words… they're not really easily combinable.
