Well shucks, that is a sad article.
Honestly, I think the part that hit me the hardest was the fact that this dog wants to interact with people, but knows that when it does it causes pain, and as a result is so reluctant to. Given that this is a dog, that kind of realization is all the more heartbreaking.
+1 Roget. Ya made me feel things.
Going in to this, I was expecting yet another "good boy pupper bork bork uwu" article, but I was pleased by the dark route this took

Did I inspire you it all with this?

To be honest I was taking forever to finish my idea and haven't updated the draft on the site…
Actually I was inspired by the weekly world news article series about a cat that killed all of its owners and the MBMBAM Ron segment, the real life inspiration is my girlfriend's service dog Slugger, who is the good boy in the picture. I still think you should write that SCP!!!

that took an increasingly darker turn. sent chills over my body after reading all the freak accidents in the presence of this dog.

The image isn't working for me. I just see the code for it. nvm, I see it now
SCP wise I give it a meh. Not bad, but not good either. I don't really get why the dog does these things. is he controlled? Is it like a separate concessness or entity that is doing all this bad stuff with his owners? I don't get it
I'll upvote anyway because it was a weird mix of creepy and sad and you didn't go the obvious route. Nice job author.
The dog was cursed by its first owner, the PoI.

oh, cool.
Also, I discovered that SCP-001-EX has the same title as yours. you might want to change that.
Titles don't need to be unique. There already are several things here that share titles. Off the top of my head two series called "Apotheosis", and "Quiet Days" vs. SCP-3519. I think there's a couple that kept "Access Denied" as the title too.
Consider this hearsay, but I remember a tech team member once saying that titles that are exactly the same mess with the chat bots. Hence, staff giving titles to untitled SCPs.
No signature defined.
Does that matter in this case given the way that 001 proposals are actually titled?
What?
But the dog was in the hands of the PoI when it was recovered. And it's been in Foundation custody ever since. So when did the random Korean woman get involved? It seems like it wouldn't make sense before the dog got picked up, and it also wouldn't make sense after.
poor pupperoni. he was just trying to help people.
Yeah, poor innocent dog who totally isn't enjoying this. It's kinda like how, just last week, the EMTs came to our neighbor's house, and carried someone out on a stretcher, and the writing on the side of the van said "'Cause I can't take this anymore / Since you broke my heart in two," and it turns out the guy died of cardiac arrest, and absolutely nobody thought the message on the van had sinister implications in any way. Those poor EMTs were just doing their jobs!
Aww poor good boy :(
The concept is nice, if not a little sad, but I’m gonna remain neutral because it was admittedly a bit cliché, and the writing on the dog’s coat was a bit over the top.
Also I think you should replace where it says “messages on its coat will appear relevant to the injury(s)” should be changed, since the plural of industry is not “injurys.”
"Messages pointlessly vindictive, indicating that the anomalous effect, if not the animal itself, possesses an intelligence level necessary for irony and basic wordplay. I recommend we… wait… what's that say…? SECURITY! BRACE FOR EARTHQUAKE! 4120 BREACH IMMINENT! WE HAVE ROLL OVER!! I REPEAT, WE HAVE ROLL OVER!!"
"I REPEAT WE HAVE CODE FETCH, PREPARE FOR ASTEROID IMPACT!"
