Essentially, this SCP is a phenomenon that requires a host to exert the following effect: Anything beyond the auditory and visual fields of the host becomes idle (like a video-game, hence the "Animate only if visible"), although these effects are nullified beyond the horizon. Its effects render this anomaly a reality-altering phenomenon.
