I quite like it, but I do have a few suggestions.
First off, I think this should be a joke SCP (SCP-J if youre unfamiliar). Maybe I'm simply not getting it, but I find the idea of endless, addictive cheetos to be more funny than frightening. If it is not supposed to be comedic, perhaps you could focus on the actual mechanics of dying from eating too many cheetos (ie orange crusted eyes and face, dry cheesy mouth, rupture of stomach and intestines with cheddar sepsis)
Secondly, I think the language is a bit too casual in places (again, for a serious article, it would be less of an issue for a -J). Phrases like "nor are they allowed to know what a cheeto is" and "the subject will stop at nothing" sound more conversational than scientific.
That being said, I think there are some really cool ideas here that should be brought to the forefront and emphasized. Being drawn to SCP-IDK by seeing it through dozens of feet of concrete is an interesting idea, as is the innate sense of IDKs location once exposed to it.
Finally, there is the question of how this article was written, as by its logic "even thinking about a Cheeto" can trigger the effect. Indeed, how can the Cheeto brand exist in this universe if anyone who thinks about their cheesy product will die of over consumption of IDK.
All in all its a great start, but I'd say it needs some work to be scary and truly interesting. Cheers!
