Ok guys, i think that my SCP is totally sound by himself, but an experiment log with other SCPS at the end of the page would make him even more interesting.
I know how this topic is risky as stated here http://www.scp-wiki.net/mackenzie-pitfalls#toc14
But it would not affect at all the other SCPs i'm planning to test my with, totally a thing by himself, it's like after you read mine you see that *if you want there's also this, if you don't want fine*.
Just a way to increase readers' curiosity.
Xander, you're missing a link to your SCP. Don't make reviewers dig through your recent changes to find it.
You have given us no idea what you actually intend to write about.
Essentially, this. It's the kind of question that's impossible to judge without the appropriate context.
Art blog | Personal/political blog | I'm un-retired from the SCP community. Go check out Regicide, my Homestuck fanfic, too. | Death to America.
Nooooooo Zyn it isn't ready yet!
Just wanted to write poems regarding other SCPs.
Is that doable?
If it's not ready yet, why would you post a thread about it? No one can give you adequate advice if they don't know what sort of experiment log you're planning, and it's hard to determine if an article would benefit from an experiment log if you haven't read the article.
Again, what you're doing here is like telling us "I'm making soup. Do you think I should use extra salt?" We've got no clue what kind of soup you're making, let alone what you're already planning to put in.

You don't need to have an article for that. There's a considerable amount of poetry on the site already. Here are the collections I know of (the first two are mine, incidentally):
http://www.scp-wiki.net/into-that-good-night
http://www.scp-wiki.net/arbitrary-darkness
http://www.scp-wiki.net/scpoems
If you really want to have poems in your article, I'd talk to the writers of those SCPs first, to make sure your poem gets the idea of the SCP right and the author approves of what you've written. That said, I'd advise against making unnecessary references to unrelated SCPs.
As I've said before, your SCP should be able to stand on its own merit. If the only thing interesting about it is that it has poems about other people's articles, then that looks like you're just trying to leech off of the success of other people, rather than making a tribute to them.
