Originally, this was a tale meant for the Halloween contest, but I felt there would be difficulty in making it comply with the rules of the contest. So here we go.
The tale starts with establishing it is in a basement of a serial killer where a poor teen is tied up. The serial killer start to talk to the gagged kid about Halloween and the occult. He recalls a strange encounter one Halloween when he pursued one of his victims in an abandoned place (An alternative setting/set up is within his house torturing a batch of people he kidnapped) . He noticed strange things like a black substance covering places and his victims disappearing. He finds one of his victims and starts to torture them before realizing someone already did that. I want to reveal it to be that it was 106 when he turns around to see it standing over him. Interestingly enough, 106 doesn't do anything to the killer because they are the same in their twisted way.
Then, it would be the present where the killer doubts he encountered anything briefly, and begin to get his tools for his torture. I want to also reveal he admires 106 and painted his face black to resemble 106, making him a copycat killer in a way. Overall, it ends with him torturing the guy he is telling the story to.
Also, I will most likely have the killers story be set in his house than an abandoned building. Now thinking about it it would be more logical, but I digress.
