SCP Foundation

I'm fairly new on the site, and I've been reading up on the various required readings for new members. I have an idea for an SCP, but I don't know if it would be interesting or if something like it already exists. I have already worked out most of the background, but the gist of the SCP is the following:

SCP-XXXX is a regular unmarked plastic bottle typically of the kind used to contain household detergents. Its anomalous properties are:

• The bottle vibrates slightly when coming into contact with living tissue, and a (seemingly) random
  person in the facility or outside can hear a humming sound inside their head.
• The liquid contents of the bottle seem to replenish at a regular rate.
• When drunk, the liquid brings back random memories from the subjects past.

It sounds cool in my head, but I don't know if it's at all interesting or if something similar has already been done before.

It's not a bad idea, but it would hinge on some interesting story being told through the specific memories being taken out, or some way to get the audience interested through good characterization. The idea of a vessel to transfer memories is kind of a basic fantasy/science fiction trope already, so that's unlikely to work as the meat of the article, but the imagery you have here is a good starting point if you can come up with a scenario for it.

Like, a researcher notices that some test subjects have had identical memories, so he becomes suspicious and realizes the d-class have all had false memories implanted (sometimes the same memory in multiple different bodies), then he secretly tests himself and his colleagues and realizes they're all fake personalities too. That example has so much going on that it might be hard to fit in a single article, but it's an example of building a story with a beginning and end out of a simple object like this.
