Do we even use beta clearance? Any of the more-prolific members fancy writing that document?
Also, if the lights every go out for any reason- this thing will eat the whole site, won't it?
What if the invisible woman SCP walked up to it.
Not sure that makes much sense. Acrylic is a plastic, and though its molecules may be in a "glassy" state as opposed to "crystalline," I don't think such subtlety is expected in this context, and I think most people will be confused by "plastic glass." "Tempered glass," "borosilicate glass," "reinforced glass," "armored glass," and "glass laminate" are suggested alternatives. Of these, I think I like "armored glass" best.
Plexiglass is sometimes called "acrylic glass".
When I was looking for a good term for bulletproof glass in containment procedures for something else, "acrylic glass" is what I got after searching the web.
So no, no one's going to be confused by it.
I really like this entry. It shows that you can make a good entry without having to add paragraphs upon paragraphs of information.
One of my favorite entries. It's creative and frightening to imagine. How was the picture made?
I'm not sure if I made or if I was editing it for something, but I have a vague memory with that picture and ms paint. If I remember right, the image was a stock photo of a glassy cube, I zoomed in to create the appearance of a 3d room, and I then made a small blob with ms paint.
