Why should this be a tale? What would the plotline be and who would the characters be?

Why? An extranormal event typically is much shorter compared to a tale. If it would be better as something extremely short and effectively a "one of many" entry, does that mean that there currently isn't enough content for a full tale?

I like this. Do 1-3 and 5 first, and once you get going, I wanna see a 4, but with a 3000-like O5 screen first.

Why would the audience be interested in this?

I would love to see the creatures eventually evolve into a GOI. Keep at this

That's not how a Group of Interest is created. What would be the purpose of the GoI and how would it be distinct from the ones we already have?
