We were all meant to do something. Sometimes that something is hold paper together.

This was great fun! A good solid skip with test logs and phone conversations that kept the narrative interesting throughout. Knowing that the Foundation DOES have a staple remover with which to extract them definitely made me feel better about it, hah.

The object's effects are mildly interesting (or at least, how the one incident plays out is) for what's at its heart a standard item with an OTT anomalous effect directly relating to its function.

I could do without the terrible bore of the phone call logs, which don't amount to much, and are very much a retread of 4988. I'm hoping if people continue to write this goi, they can at least offer a bit of diversity.

The final reveal, while neatly incorporating the anomaly for some creep, doesn't offer anything fresh. It's weaksauce SCP-2535; hitting on all the basic tropes of spoopy anomalous business, but without anything truly original and outstanding. There's not much I can care about or want to come back to, it just reminds me of other things I'd rather read.

Gee, I need to start acting nicer to customer service agents if they actually are involuntarily held and used as customer service automatons

Rather interesting that Kevin knew the location of the staple wound despite Researcher Waters only stating that it was "a serious injury"

Oversight in writing or unexplained phenomena? The Foundation may never know :V
