Capitalize the C and P in the title. Also, include a dash between the two.
I understand that when you click "Create Page" it automatically does this.
Upvoted. It was pretty good.

Thanks. Also I noticed that, I think the person who had this slot before me changed it? Not sure how to change it back!
NVM I got it now.
This is my first submission. Many thanks to those who reviewed and critiqued this before and after it went live.
You should use the scientific name in the article and have the common name in the footnotes.
SCP-4047's physical and psychological health is to be monitored and recorded
Should be are not is.
Changes in SCP-4047's health or behaviour are to tracked
Should be is not are.
Other than those small mistakes I really like this. +1
pretty sure it should stay as 'are' in the second one. its also missing a 'be'
Changes in SCP-4047's health or behaviour are to be tracked
Thank you for your feedback. I have made those changes
I'm pretty sure that when or is used it's singular.
The first is singular and the second is plural, so the author is correct.
There are enough spelling and grammar errors in this (its/it's, capitalisation, unit inconsistencies) without introducing more.
Good job!

SCP-4047 was discovered by Agent ████████ Miller reported numerous anomalous disturbances in the staff and student population of ████████ Secondary School
This sentence is strangely worded. Perhaps "by" should be "when?"
Additionally SCP-4047-A and numerous instances SCP-4047-B physically and anomalously assaulted the initial recovery team. SCP-4047-B instances were considered acceptable casualties and SCP-4047-A was successfully recovered
When referring to SCP-4047-A, it reads like it's meant to refer to SCP-4047. Is this a typo?
