SCP Foundation

I am new to the website and from what I understood, you have to publish everything under a CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
I have plenty is ideas for SCPs which are drawn from original stories I have written in the past. When releasing these as SCPs, will I be able to claim full copyright on the stories they originate from and pursue commercial goals?

For example:
Monster A lives in another dimension, in a spaceship in the original story.
Monster A was found roaming on a crash site and captured by the Foundation and labelled a SCP.

Both are two independent stories, from which the version on the wiki would be written to be able to exist independently of the source material, yet, both feature the same creature.

Howdy! I'm the Licensing Captain here, so I'm the one who sets this policy.

So long as the two are not obviously the exact same story, only with one version having SCP content and one not having it, you will be fine. We'd have neither the resources nor desire to pursue you for such content.
