You've used a rather popular image for your skip. A few readers will probably end up recognizing it, which can dampen its impact.
(SCP-XXXX-3 presumed neutralized)
Minor point but it isn't "presumed" neutralized if it was actually neutralized which, empirically, it had been.
████████ was a member of the online organization Gamers Against Weed
Alright, so:
A common misconception about Gamers Against Weed is that they're just 4chan trolls making anomamemes and telling AWCY to hog out or log out. While there isn't really a cohesive canon on the wiki, anything that significantly goes against wiki consensus (they're a bunch of pacifist jokesters burnt out on AWCY-style anart, and works based on them mostly focused on character pieces) should be justified.
Unfortunately, not only have you not justified their presence in the narrative from a story standpoint (they're just sort of… there?), you haven't justified why this GAW would continue associating with an annoying weeb that had to be putting up at least some warning signs. They're a pretty tight-knit group, all things considered, and the annoying dude's the first to get banned.
Additionally, GAW is typically benign, and breaks from this (such as SCP-285) are huge fucking deals in-narrative. I don't think this has the gravitas to integrate or deviate, unfortunately.
Footnote 2
Let's say I'm an in-universe researcher. I have been told that I should not show these things media they originated from. However, they need entertainment, like all humans(?). I would very much like to know what I'm not supposed to give them.
Out of universe, this just feels patronizing.
SCP-XXXX-5
You have done absolutely nothing with this character aside from linking them to an SCP with far better characterization. You seriously do not want to be standing in 2085's shadow if you aren't big enough for sunlight.
Interviews
This is, unfortunately, the downvote moment.
The purpose of an interview is twofold: exposition and characterization. At least, that's how it typically works for SCP articles. The problem comes in when you drop 'characterization': you're left with a conspicuous bit of infodumping, sticking out from the narrative like a sore thumb painted neon green.
You… tried to characterize these characters. However, aside from -2 (who is kind of flat herself), I came out of this without a good grasp of what these characters are like. Meanwhile, I can reasonably tell you that 2085-4's a curmudgeonly little shit 5 years after the fact, 2800's a total Pollyanna 4 and half years after the fact, and even four and a half months after I read the 049 rewrite, I have a clear image of who they are.
(also, minor point: I get why the Foundation discourages skipnaming, but the "I have to call you SCP-XXXX" trope is pretty fucking contentious)
Incident Log
This adds nothing to the narrative. I'd scrap it.
