SCP Foundation

You've got a good base for an idea here. Not bad on the professional language. But you don't DO anything with it. It's just a thing, you don't explore the options, you don't show how it affects the world around it, what happens when the NPCs escape… It needs a lot more fluffing out to be a credible SCP.

And one thing that is tiny, but would probably get you downvoted: Don't make it a well known popular game. People know that game. They will expect certain things. It's better to make it a game you made up just for that, or black box it.

Try reading the guides, and some more recent postively rated articles, and work on this some more.
