First off: You didn't follow the advice in How To Write An SCP. You've written a super-powered character who mostly exists to be Cool.
This character seems like he'd be fun to write in power fantasy fanfiction. There's nothing wrong with that at all. However, that will not work as an article on this site — at least not on its own.
We see lots of new authors writing SCPs like this: a ton of superpowers, some crosslinks to popular SCPs, and hints at a mysterious backstory.
The problem is, that's usually only interesting to the author and a few other people. To everyone else, this will seem silly or uninteresting because we've seen literally thousands of deleted articles just like this one.
You will not be able to make this article work with your current skill level. You don't need to feel bad about this — MANY writers wrote stuff like this starting out. (I sure did.) It's also good to write drafts like this so you can practice writing and improve your skill.
But you'll probably need a different idea if you want to make an SCP that survives on the site. And you should go read the writing guides!
(There are lots of typos and grammar errors in this. If you don't know how to fix those, start with a spellchecker to fix some, and try to find someone who can help you fix the others.)
